Refund Policy

  • We have a 3-day return policy for the purchased product in which user/costumer can request a return, however it does not include no return policy mandated products.

  • To be eligible for a return, please don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

  • The refund will be processed on the same payment method that was used to place the order.

  • Refunds are not possible in cases where the brand/seller has mandated a no return policy, or for hygiene reasons. In case of no return policy , the same will be mentioned in product details.

  • We cannot accept refund requests after return timeline has lapsed.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 8-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Damages and other issues

If an item is found damaged, missing, or incorrect as per your order please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at within those 24 hours (excluding gazetted holidays & Sundays). We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a full refund. Replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 3-day return policy will not be applicable in these kinds of cases.
